One of our firm's core values is giving young attorneys the possibility to represent and be personally responsible for taking care of and guiding our clients. Along with offering our attorneys practical experience, we also support our associates' participation in external seminars and continuing legal education.

We only hire applicants whom we intend to make partners.

Due to the high demands and performance profile at GÖRG, you will also receive annual salary increases (well above-average) and enjoy a stable work environment. Inclusion onto the firm's letterhead usually takes about two years.

Associates can be promoted to “associated partner” after four years and, as long as professional and personal excellence continues, become an equal partner after - at most - a further four years.

We have developed clear criteria to make expectations and personal progress easily comprehensible for both sides. In individual cases, long-term employment as an “associated partner” can also be provided for.

Your profile: Entrepreneurial? 

We are looking for young attorneys with a wide range of additional legal qualifications who have, in most cases, achieved well above-average results in their required legal exams and have obtained a doctor of law degree. Because of our strong international clientele, English language abilities are also essential. While we gladly welcome an LL.M. qualification, it is not a requirement.
