GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised the shareholders of MDT technologies GmbH, two family branches, on the sale of the company to the Scandinavian private equity firm IK Investment Partners. IK Investment Partners thus becomes the new strategic shareholder of MDT technologies GmbH.
MDT, the technology leader in innovative building automation devices and its shareholders have been advised by GÖRG for more than 20 years. The sale and the re-investment of the previous main shareholder was comprehensively advised by GÖRG through a cross-location team.
