GÖRG advises Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund on leasing of university space in Berlin Siemensstadt
GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund on the lease of a landmark building with around 10,300 m² of space in Berlin-Spandau for use as the Federal University of Public Administration.
The leased property at Rohrdamm 22 in Berlin-Siemensstadt was designed as a physical-chemical laboratory between 1914 and 1917 and later converted into a modern office building. The building is scheduled to be occupied in the second quarter; the tenancy agreement runs for ten years.
Under the lead management of partner Dr. Sergio Bińkowski, GÖRG regularly advises Deutsche Rentenversicherung Bund on all aspects of real estate law in connection with the conclusion of major office rental agreements. In November last year, GÖRG had already advised the pension insurance provider on the lease of around 14,000 m² of office space in the TechnoCampus in Berlin-Siemensstadt.
