Markus Beyer advises companies, private equity and venture capital funds, and other financial investors in M&A and private equity transactions on all matters of commercial and corporate law. In particular, he has considerable experience in advising on corporate acquisitions and spin-offs of companies or parts of companies.

A further area of focus is advising in the structuring and implementation of management participation programmes. Markus Beyer also provides advice regarding corporate integration after completion of the acquisition of a company.

He focuses on the areas of trade and services, IT and telecommunications, healthcare & life sciences, and manufacturing.

Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for two major international law firms in Frankfurt am Main.

After completing his studies in law at universities in Freiburg i.Br., Fribourg (Switzerland) and Leipzig, Markus Beyer completed his legal training at Higher Regional Court of Frankfurt am Main. Markus Beyer completed his LL.M. course in the area of international commercial and corporate law in Chicago (USA) and Madrid (Spain).

He was admitted to the bar in 2014. Markus Beyer has been a certified specialist for commercial and corporate law since 2020.
