Dr Tobias Fenck advises clients in the fields of mergers & acquisitions, private equity and venture capital. 

In the area of transactions, Dr Fenck principally advises investment companies and their portfolio companies on business acquisitions and sales (often leveraged buy-outs and management buy-outs), joint ventures and restructuring processes. He regularly provides advice in the mid-cap and small mid-cap sector.  As well as transaction advice, one of his areas of focus is providing ongoing advice to companies on matters of company law, including in the context of restructuring and partnerships. His long-term clients include funds, medium-sized and owner-run businesses, as well as international companies. Recently, Dr Fenck has provided advice in various service sectors, regulated industries and in the IT/tech sector.

Dr Tobias Fenck is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a partner at two major law firms.

After completing his studies in law at universities in Münster and Dresden, Dr Fenck completed his legal training in the district of the Higher Regional Court of Düsseldorf. He obtained his doctorate in 2004 at the Dresden University of Technology.

He was also admitted to the bar in 2004.
