Dr. Franziska Kramer is an insolvency administrator and also advises nationally and internationally active companies in the areas of insolvency law and restructuring.
She focuses on insolvency and self-administration, turnaround management, advising creditors in and out of insolvency proceedings as well as corporate, real estate and project financing.
Dr. Franziska Kramer has been appointed as insolvency administrator and advising German and international companies, banks as well as investment funds and PE companies on financing and real estate transactions as well as on all issues related to insolvency and restructuring.
In particular, she has considerable experience in advising on insolvency applications, filing and enforcement of claims, acquisition and sale of companies (from the selection of potential investors and coordination of corresponding agreements, through the due diligence phase and financing, to the negotiation of the corresponding agreements).
Another focus of her activities is the ongoing asset management consulting in the context of real estate portfolio management.
Her sector focus is on the fields real estate industry, banks and savings banks, investment funds and the energy industry.
Dr. Franziska Kramer is Counsel at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, she worked as a lawyer for a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
After studying law at the University of Mannheim and completing an internship with a US law firm in New Jersey (USA), she completed her legal training in Mannheim, with clerkships at business law firms in Frankfurt am Main. Alongside her role at the firm, she also gained a doctorate from the University of Mannheim under Prof. Dr. Thomas Fetzer, on a topic of constitutional law.
She was admitted to the bar in 2015.
In addition to her full-time work at the firm, Dr. Franziska Kramer was admitted to practice law in the State of California in 2022.
Also since 2022, Dr. Franziska Kramer has been an appointed insolvency administrator and trustee.
