Dr Lutz Pospiech advises national and international companies on all aspects of stock corporation and capital markets law. In particular, he has considerable experience advising on capital market transactions, and providing legal advice in connection with corporate loans. A further area of focus lies in overseeing general meetings and bondholder meetings. His specialises in the areas of healthcare & life sciences, trade and services, and industrials.

Dr Lutz Pospiech is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for a major international law firm in Munich.

After studying law at universities in Münster and Munich, he studied business administration at the distance-learning University of Hagen. He completed his legal training in Munich.

He was admitted to the bar in 2009.

Lutz Pospiech subsequently gained his doctorate in law from the University of Mannheim under Prod Dr Andreas Engert, on a topic of corporation law.
