Dr Henning Wendt offers advice to the public sector and to national and international companies on all aspects of public commercial law and procurement law. In particular, he has considerable experience in litigation before the German Federal Administrative Court and the courts of instance for administrative jurisdiction, as well as before the award senates of the Higher Regional Courts and the Public Procurement Tribunals. One focus of activities is the support of infrastructure projects such as motorways and power lines. A further focus of activities is advice for complex procurement projects.

His focus is on the public sector and public companies, as well as real estate and healthcare.

After studying law at the Bucerius Law School in Hamburg and the Pantheon-Sorbonne University (France), Henning Wendt completed his legal training in Hamburg with clerkships in Karlsruhe at the Federal Constitutional Court and in business law firms in Hamburg and Palo Alto (USA). He gained his doctorate in law from the Bucerius Law School under Prof Michael Fehling, LL.M. (Berkely), where he wrote his dissertation on a statutory regulation topic.

He was admitted to the bar in 2013.
