Dr Frank Wilke advises national and international companies on all matters of individual and collective labour law, in particular labour law advice associated with operational changes and transactions, as well as drafting and negotiation of company agreements and collective agreements. He also specialises in insolvency labour law, and representation in litigation before labour courts. Frank Wilke also has expertise in the law of supplementary benefits.

Career

Dr Frank Wilke is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. 

After studying law at the Bielefeld University, Frank Wilke completed his legal training in Bielefeld with clerkships at business law firms in Bielefeld and Cologne. He then obtained his doctorate in law from Bielefeld University under Prof Dr Christian Rolfs, with a thesis on a topic of social security law. He was admitted to the bar in 2008.

Frank Wilke has been a specialist for labour law since 2011.
