[Hamburg, ] A GÖRG team led by Dr. Frank Evers advised the German Vink Chemicals on the acquisition of assets of the British PromChem Ltd. from its insolvency administrator.
About Vink Chemicals
Vink Chemicals GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2011 and is specialized in the development and formulation of biocidal products and active substances. Furthermore, the company focuses on the trade with specialty chemicals and develops a modern warehouse for hazardous goods as well as manufacturing facilities for the production of biocidal products.
