[Munich, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB put together the team headed by Munich partner Dr. Bernt Paudtke that advised Unternehmertum Venture Capital Partners GmbH in connection with its acquisition of an interest in Vimcar GmbH.
At the end of a financing round, Coparion GmbH & Co. KG and Unternehmertum Venture Capital GmbH joined other investors that had already acquired interests in Vimcar GmbH.
Vimcar GmbH is a start-up that was established in Berlin in late 2013 and entered the connected car market a year later when it launched a digital logbook in Germany. Over 5,000 companies are now using the 35-man company’s digital logbook. Vimcar’s product permits seamless tracking of business-related travel by company vehicles to provide tamper-proof records that completely fulfil the requirements of the German tax authorities. Users benefit from optimum tax treatment since they can now provide tax authorities with complete documentation of business travel.
