[Frankfurt, ] GÖRG has been able to gain renowned M&A/Private Equity transaction lawyer Dr. Tobias Fenck. Tobias Fenck will transfer from Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner, where he most recently headed the Frankfurt office, on 15 September 2018. Together with Dr. Fenck, the two associates Markus Beyer and Robert Schindler will also move to the Frankfurt office of GÖRG.
Dr. Fenck primarily advises in the areas of M&A, Private Equity and Venture Capital. His long-standing clients include funds, medium-sized and owner-managed companies as well as international corporates. In the transaction space, he particularly advises in the mid-cap and small-mid-cap segment. More recently, Dr. Fenck has advised his clients in various service sectors, regulated industries and in the Tech/IT environment.
