Konstantin Axnick advises national and international companies on all questions of individual and collective labour and employment law. In particular, he has experience in advising on employment law in connection with reorganisations and restructurings and conducts litigation for clients before the labour and civil courts. A further focus of his work is advising on the drafting, implementation and termination of employment and service contracts as well as on operational and corporate co-determination.
His industry focus is on logistics and transport, the metal and electrical industry and the chemical industry.

During his studies of law at the University of Cologne, he worked at the Institute for German and European Labour and Social Law of Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ulrich Preis. During his legal clerkship, he completed a station at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Bratislava, among others.
