Niklas Lamberz

Niklas Lamberz is an Associate in the Cologne office of GÖRG and advises national and international clients as a lawyer in the Payment Team on all matters of banking, payment services and capital markets regulation. His practice focuses on regulatory advice relating to the development of innovative payment products, licensing procedures before BaFin, complex outsourcing arrangements, and the structuring of licence-exempt business models.

He also advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, regulatory due diligence in connection with capital markets transactions, and the legal structuring of investment funds and assets both in Germany and abroad.
