Thomas Stoll advises national and international clients on all aspects of plant construction and project development.
One focus of his work is the preparation and support of construction projects in the field of renewable energies (in particular onshore and offshore wind energy, photovoltaics, battery storage) as well as their realisation and execution.
A further focus of our work is securing land for the construction of renewable energy plants by preparing and negotiating land utilisation agreements. Our advice also regularly includes regulatory and administrative law aspects.
