Nele Motzek advises you on national and international financing transactions as well as on all questions in the area of financing. Her work focuses on corporate and acquisition financing. She advises national and international companies as well as banks and funds.

Another focus lies on advising on financings in special situations and restructurings.

Nele Motzek’s expert knowledge covers all kinds of debt instruments, such as senior loans (bilateral and syndicated), unitranche financings, mezzanine and subordinated loans, convertible loans, promissory notes and bonds as well as, in distressed situations, bridge, restructuring and insolvency loans.

Nele Motzek is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne.

After studying law at the University of Cologne, she worked in the German Bundestag and in an international law firm. She completed her legal traineeship with clerkships at GÖRG and in Toronto.

She was admitted to the bar in 2022.
