Niklas Mangels, LL.M. specializes in providing comprehensive legal advice on national and cross-border M&A transactions and reorganizations as well as real estate law.

He is also appointed as a notary with official residence in Frankfurt am Main. His particular focus is on the notarial support and execution of transactions in corporate and real estate law.

Before joining GÖRG, he worked as a lawyer for a major international law firm in Frankfurt for eight years. During this time, he spent seven months in the corporate legal department of a globally operating Dax-30 industrial company as part of a client secondment.

After studying law at the universities of Frankfurt, Nanjing and Hong Kong, Niklas completed his legal clerkship in Frankfurt with a station in Lusaka (Zambia). Niklas also has an LL.M. from the University of Hong Kong and a diploma in political science from the Goethe University in Frankfurt.

He was admitted to the Frankfurt bar in 2013.
