Every year, FOCUS magazine identifies Germany’s leading commercial law firms. The ranking is based on an online survey of commercial lawyers and in-house legal counsel conducted by the business magazine in cooperation with the research institute FactField. This year, around 26,000 lawyers from commercial law firms and in-house legal counsel were surveyed regarding their assessment of the expertise of commercial law firms. FOCUS-Business publishes the results annually in its ‘Top Commercial Law Firms’ list. This year’s list comprises 419 commercial law firms from 24 different practice areas, all based in Germany.
