GÖRG has provided legal advice to Nature Brands Group GmbH on the acquisition of After Inject Cosmetics GmbH. With this takeover, the group further expands its activities in the natural health, wellness and beauty sectors. Its existing brand portfolio already includes BitterKraft!, Holy Hildegard, ELIXR and Leonidov.
After Inject Cosmetics is a digitally focused premium cosmetics brand specialising in skincare products and natural alternatives to Botox.
Going forward, the company, founded in 2024, is expected to benefit from the Nature Brands Group’s operational experience, e-commerce expertise and existing infrastructure. The aim is to further develop the brand and expand its product portfolio.
