GÖRG advises Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors and NBHX Automotive System on the sale of their minority stake in HELBAKO

GÖRG has provided comprehensive legal advice to Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. on the sale of a minority stake in HELBAKO GmbH held by its subsidiary NBHX Automotive System GmbH. The buyer of the shares is WITTE Automotive GmbH.

Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. is a China-based company specializing in the development and manufacture of interior components for the automotive industry. The automotive supplier produces, among other things, trim elements, functional components, and surface solutions for various vehicle segments. Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. is a subsidiary of the NBHX Group.

HELBAKO, a medium-sized automotive supplier headquartered in Heiligenhaus (North Rhine-Westphalia), develops and manufactures electronic assemblies for controlling a wide range of automotive components. In addition to its headquarters in Germany, the company operates a further site in Romania.

With a team led by Partner Florian Wolff, GÖRG advised Ningbo Lawrence Automotive Interiors Co., Ltd. on all legal aspects of the transaction, including structuring the deal, drafting and negotiating the transaction documents, and executing the sale process.
