AMW GmbH, a specialty pharmaceutical company, specialises in controlled drug delivery systems. The company provides patients with access to high-quality medicines for improved treatment adherence and cost-effective treatments.

AMW GmbH is comprehensively positioned and is responsible for development and manufacturing as well as international marketing, partly in collaboration with pharmaceutical and biotech partners worldwide. The company currently supplies patients in over 45 countries with two approved medical devices. 

Secured long-term financing from Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich enables the pharmaceutical company, founded in 2008, to optimise its financing structure and access an additional credit line. AMW GmbH is using the financial resources to further develop its core business in biodegradable drug delivery systems and consistently pursue its strategic growth targets.

Under the lead of Cornelia Kinast, GÖRG provided comprehensive advice to the pharmaceutical company on the implementation of this refinancing measure.
