By order of the Münster Insolvency Court dated 26 July 2023, GÖRG partner Dr Mike Westkamp has been appointed as the provisional insolvency administrator of XBond GmbH & Co KG.

The XBond company, based in Ahaus, specialises in the areas of CNC sheet metal processing, CNC machining and surface finishing. The product portfolio includes in particular high-quality swap bodies and components for vehicle construction in the truck sector. Due to its innovative production techniques, the insolvency debtor has unique selling propositions on the market.

The salaries of the 130 employees are currently secured through the insolvency money. The goal is to reorganise the company within the framework of the initiated orderly investor proc ess. Initial talks with interested parties are already underway.
