GÖRG advises WealthCap on the sale of the "Das Schloss" shopping centre in Berlin
[Berlin, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised WealthCap on the sale of the shopping centre "Das Schloss", Schloßstraße 33-36, Grunewaldstr. 3 in Berlin. The buyer is Deka Immobilien Investment GmbH.
The complex in Schlossstraße has a lettable area of around 42,000 m² on six levels and is almost fully let. "Das Schloss" also has an underground car park with 564 parking spaces. In the style of department store architecture of the 1920s, the building integrates the old Steglitz town hall and is one of the most established shopping centers in Berlin.
Under the leadership of Jan Lindner-Figura, GÖRG and his team, in particular Mr Silvio Sittner, advised WealthCap on the transaction, the legal due diligence and the negotiation of the purchase agreement.
GÖRG regularly assists clients in the acquisition or sale of larger office complexes and shopping centres, most recently in the sale of the Supplier Park in Cologne and the City Carré in Magdeburg.
