GÖRG advises PAREF Gestion on the sale of a retail park near Hamburg to Saller Group

Frankfurt am Main, 11.12.2025

GÖRG provided comprehensive legal and tax advice on the sale of a retail park in Stade. The retail park with a rental area of 4,400 sq m was sold by PAREF Prima, a French SCPI managed by PAREF Gestion, to Saller Group.

PAREF Gestion, a subsidiary of the PAREF Group, is a leading real estate asset management company specialized in third-party real estate investments in France and across Europe for over 30 years. The SCPI PAREF Prima primarily invests in essential retail commercial properties in Germany. In order to support its activities on the German market, PAREF Gestion enlists the services of Principal Asset Management as asset manager.

Principal Asset Management is the investment management division of Principal Financial Group, one of the world’s leading financial service providers. Established in 1994, its expert teams serve clients in around 80 markets. In addition to its headquarters in the US state of Iowa, the firm is represented with more than 30 offices across global financial markets.

Saller Group, headquartered in Weimar, acquired the fully leased retail park in Stade for its own portfolio. The rental space on the site of more than 13,000 sq m is shared by anchor tenants Media Markt and SIEMES Schuhcenter Stade. Owing to its connection to a federal highway, the retail park benefits from excellent accessibility and offers visitors around 180 parking spaces. The area is also designated as a special zone for large-scale retail. With this acquisition, Saller Group has expanded its portfolio in Lower Saxony to 20 properties.

GÖRG provided legal advice with a team led by Frankfurt partner Dr Dennis Hog to PAREF Gestion.
