GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Swiss IT Security AG, a platform of Ufenau Capital Partners AG, on the acquisition of Pallas GmbH under the lead management of its Frankfurt partner Dr. Tobias Fenck.

With the acquisition of Pallas GmbH, Swiss IT Security AG has strategically supplemented its investment portfolio with an established partner in the areas of Managed Security Services, Secure Hosting and Security Consulting.
