GÖRG M&A and VC expert Paul Caesar Rode has advised Billbee on the acquisition of UK-based helpdesk platform Replyco.
Billbee is a leading provider of a cloud-based SaaS solution for multichannel e-commerce used by more than 18,000 online retailers to automate their processes. Bootstrapped in 2009, Billbee has more than 45 employees today.
The acqusition of Replyco is Billbee’s first.
Replyco is a UK-based, specialised e-commerce helpdesk platform. It allows online retailers to channel their customer messages across platforms and marketplaces into one inbox.
