[Munich, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised under the leadership of Dr. Christian Schröder Capital-E II ARKIV (Capital-E) on the investment in siOPTICA GmbH.
Investors Capital-E and Beteiligungsmanagement Thüringen GmbH invested a total of around four million euros in this financing round. With Capital-E, siOPTICA GmbH has not only gained financial support but also a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship and technology.
