The insolvent Bodensee Organisation Products GmbH & Co. KG was taken over by Fernando Print Alles um Ordner GmbH as part of an asset deal as of 1 November 2023. GÖRG partner Simone Kaldenbach acted as insolvency administrator for the asset deal. The employment relationships that had not yet been terminated were retained and 24 employees are now still working for the successor company.
