GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised SCPI Pierval Santé on the acquisition of the real estate of the DRK Seniorenzentrum Kronshagen, the DRK Seniorenzentrum Schacht-Audorf, the senior care home of the Volkssolidarität Limbach-Oberfrohna and the Geriatric Rehabilitation Clinic Lenggries.

As of 31 December 2018, the French real estate fund Pierval Santé had a capitalisation of approx. EUR 515 million and approx. 11,000 shareholders. Since 2015, it has invested around EUR 225 million in Germany and around EUR 290 million in France and Ireland, mainly in healthcare properties such as nursing homes, clinics and medical centres. The Pierval Santé fund is managed by EURYALE Asset Management, based in Paris.

Since entering the German market, GÖRG has advised Pierval Santé on all acquisitions in Germany and accompanied Pierval Santé on the acquisition of 5 nursing homes, 3 medical centers and two clinics in 2018.
