GÖRG strengthens its Real Estate Law practice: On 1 January 2026, Dr Philip Huperz will join the firm as a partner in Berlin.
Dr Philip Huperz is a renowned expert in real estate transactions and real estate asset management. He advises national and international clients on asset and share deals, forward deals, forward fundings, portfolio transactions, sale-and-lease-back structures and project developments. He also has extensive experience in all aspects of real estate leasing and management.
His expertise lies in the areas of healthcare and nursing properties, retail, residential properties and special forms of residential properties such as micro-living and senior living. He also hosts industry-wide events and regularly publishes specialist articles on real estate law topics.
Philip Huperz is joining GÖRG from the law firm GSK Stockmann, bringing with him a team of two: Julia Jacobs, LL.M. (Associated Partner) and Jessica Kim Behnke, LL.M. (Senior Associate).
With this addition, GÖRG is expanding the firm's real estate law expertise and strengthening its competencies, particularly in the strategic growth area of healthcare and social real estate.
