GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB was awarded as top law firm for the legal area IT law. In cooperation with Handelsblatt Research Institute, the magazine WirtschaftsWoche commissioned an independent jury to identify the top law firms.

For the list of top law firms and lawyers in the field of IT law, Handelsblatt Research Institute (HRI) interviewed more than 940 lawyers from a total of 130 law firms. The lawyers were asked to nominate the most renowned colleagues in the legal field. The resulting list was then presented and evaluated by a jury of experts. The result was the award of 27 law firms as TOP law firm 2020 in IT law and 45 lawyers as TOP lawyers in this area.

The WirtschaftsWoche expert panel and the jury honoured one of the renowned GÖRG partners, Dr. Florian Schmitz, as TOP lawyer 2020 for IT law.
