GÖRG partner Sebastian Krapohl appointed provisional administrator in the self-administration proceedings concerning the social enterprise Neue Arbeit gGmbH

Stuttgart, 18.03.2026

The Stuttgart Local Court has approved the application by the social enterprise Neue Arbeit gGmbH (SNA) for the initiation of an administration procedure and has appointed GÖRG partner Sebastian Krapohl as provisional administrator.

The company filed for insolvency proceedings on 12 March 2026 and is being supported in its self-administration by Dr Sebastian Mielke, partner at the law firm Menold Bezler. The subsidiaries NintegrA gGmbH and Esslinger Beschäftigungs-Initiative gGmbH are not affected by the insolvency filings

The Neue Arbeit group of companies has been undergoing a restructuring process since 2025. With the self-administration, this process will now continue within the framework of insolvency law. The aim is to achieve a sustainable restructuring of the company by means of an insolvency plan. The company’s business operations will continue, and the wages and salaries of the approximately 110 employees are secured through the insolvency fund up to and including May 2026.

Sebastian Krapohl explains: “The provisional self-administration creates a stable framework for continuing the restructuring measures that have been initiated. The key priority now is to stabilise the structures and develop a viable prospect for the company’s continued operation. I will support and guide this process in my capacity as administrator.”
