GÖRG advises innoscripta AG on successful conversion into a European Company (SE)

A GÖRG team led by Munich partners Dr Bernt Paudtke and Dr Lutz Pospiech advised innoscripta AG, based in Munich, on its successful conversion into a European Company (Societas Europaea, SE).

The transformation strengthens innoscripta's international focus and forms the basis for further organic and strategic growth in Europe, with which the company intends to further expand its market position in the field of cloud-based compliance software for research and development (R&D).

With the new corporate form, innoscripta has also strategically repositioned itself with regard to the IPO. The aim is to increase the international visibility of the brand and provide additional impetus for the recruitment of highly qualified specialists.

As the market leader in funding consulting, innoscripta supports more than 1,700 companies from a wide range of industries in the management, documentation and funding of their R&D projects.
