GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB, led by Munich partner Dr. Philipp Grzimek, advised KOMSA AG on the sale of VerRi Versicherungsoptimierung und Risikomanagement Sachsen GmbH (VerRi Sachsen) to Helmsauer Group.
The Helmsauer Group from Nuremberg - one of the largest owner-managed insurance brokers in Germany - will take over the insurance services previously offered through KOMSA subsidiary VerRi Sachsen on October 1, 2023. As a result, the Helmsauer Group will advise KOMSA AG as an insurance broker in the future as part of a strategic partnership. Both companies plan to jointly expand insurance services for ICT dealers.
A GÖRG team led by partner Dr. Philipp Grzimek, who joined GÖRG in April this year and has since strengthened the M&A and private equity practice at the Munich office, advised KOMSA on the transaction.
