GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised Jilin Jinhong Auto Parts Co. Ltd., a premier Chinese stamping company, on the acquisition of the automotive supplier ProTec Metalltechnik GmbH (ProTec) in Geretsried. The acquisition was made as part of a share purchase agreement.

Jilin Jinhong Auto Parts Co. Ltd. expands its global presence in Europe with the acquisition of ProTec. International customers now have access to a further production facility for stamped parts. The new CEO of the company will be Dirk Heyer.
