[Munich, ] GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB put together the team headed by Munich partner Dr. Bernt Paudtke that advised Unternehmertum Venture Capital Partners GmbH in connection with the acquisition of an interest in Vimcar GmbH by several investors.
In addition to the original investor Kizoo, coparion, Senovo and Unternehmertum Venture Capital raised Series A financing for the Berlin-based startup.
With the development of its application software for personnel planning and communication, shyftplan helps companies with an array of products, including, for example, solutions that support simplified preparation of work schedules, absence management, employee time tracking and time accounts.
