Dr Franziska Kramer advises national and international companies in the areas of insolvency law and restructuring. She specialises in turnaround management, advising creditors in insolvency proceedings and other matters, as well as financing of companies, real estate and projects.
Dr Franziska Kramer advises German and international companies, banks, investment funds and PE companies on financing and real estate transactions, as well as all matters associated with insolvency and restructuring. She has particularly extensive experience advising on insolvency applications, filing and asserting claims, acquiring and selling companies (from the selection of potential investors and negotiation of relevant agreements to the due diligence phase and financing, right up to negotiating the relevant contracts). A further key area of activity is ongoing asset management advice in the context of real estate inventory management.
Her sector focus is in the fields of real estate, banks and savings banks, investment funds and energy.
Dr Franziska Kramer is an associated Partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before joining GÖRG, she worked as a lawyer for a major international law firm in Frankfurt am Main.
After studying law at the University of Mannheim and completing an internship with a US law firm in New Jersey (USA), she completed her legal training in Mannheim, with clerkships at business law firms in Frankfurt am Main. Alongside her role at the firm, she also gained a doctorate from the University of Mannheim under Prof Dr Thomas Fetzer, on a topic of constitutional law.
She was admitted to the bar in 2015.
