Miroslav Georgiev advises national and international companies on all aspects of German and European antitrust law. In particular, he has considerable experience in advising on antitrust law in connection with company acquisitions, antitrust investigations and cartel damage claims proceedings as well as in general antitrust law. A further focus of his practice is advising on compliance and internal investigations.
His industry focus is on the energy industry; trade and services; IT and telecommunications.

After studying law at the University of Bonn, Miroslav Georgiev completed his legal training in Bonn with trainings at two international law firms in Dusseldorf and Auckland, New Zealand and at the Malaysian-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. He also studied Law and Economics.
He was admitted to the bar in 2019.
