GÖRG advises Bonava Wohnbau GmbH on the sale of 232 apartments in Berlin
GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Bonava Wohnbau GmbH on the sale of 232 apartments in a new quarter in Berlin-Marzahn. The buyer is an INDUSTRIA real estate fund. Under the lead management of partner Silvio Sittner, GÖRG accompanied the transaction for Bonava during the negotiations of the purchase agreement.
The sold apartments are expected to be completed by the second quarter of 2021 and belong to the residential quarter planned by Bonava on Märkische Allee in Berlin-Marzahn. A total of six apartment buildings are expected to be built there by the end of 2023. The quarter comprises a total of just under 600 apartments, of which around 200 freehold apartments are planned in a high-rise building with 21 floors. In total, the quarter features a residential area of around 40,000 m².
GÖRG regularly advises clients on the acquisition or sale of larger properties such as residential and office complexes or shopping centres. Most recently, this included the sale of an office property at Taubenstrasse 7-9 in Berlin or the "das Schloss" shopping centre in Berlin.
