GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised SITS Germany Holding GmbH, formerly Swiss IT Security Germany GmbH, a subsidiary of Swiss IT Security AG, on the acquisition of Dunkel GmbH under the lead of Dr. Tobias Fenck and Markus Beyer. In addition, Dr. Tobias Fenck and Markus Beyer played a leading role in the acquisition of ESC Electronic Service Center Gerhard Oppenhorst & René Stolzenburg GbR (now ESC - Enterprise Security Center GmbH), which was completed in March 2020.
