Under the lead management of its Frankfurt partner Dr. Tobias Fenck GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised Ufenau Capital Partners AG (Ufenau) on the restructuring of the shareholder structure of Intelligent Repair Solutions Holding GmbH (IRS Group).
The Ufenau IV and Ufenau IV Annex funds advised by Ufenau have sold all their shares in the IRS Group to the Ufenau VI and Ufenau Rollover (Ufenau VI) funds also advised by Ufenau and have completely restructured their debt financing.
With over 120 locations, the IRS Group is the leading specialist for the repair of paint and bodywork damage as well as SMART repair services for passenger cars in Germany and Scandinavia.
The new financing structure through the continuation of Ufenau VI will enable the IRS Group to rapidly advance the consolidation of the Northern European market. It is intended to grow by a further 5-10 locations per year in the coming years and thus achieve sales of more than EUR 300 million.
