Strenesse AG: Transition to Standard Insolvency Administration Procedure

[Cologne, ] Following the search for an investor, management of STRENESSE AG, which was of the opinion that it had discharged its duties, therefore asked the Nördlingen Local Court to have the voluntary arrangement terminated. This was done in consultation with the committee of creditors and court-appointed nominee. The Nördlingen Local Court appointed the previous nominee, Dr. Jörg Nerlich, a partner with GÖRG Rechtsanwälte Insolvenzverwalter GbR as insolvency administrator on 5 September 2016. According to Dr. Nerlich, “The management of STRENESSE AG has delivered an outstanding performance, but the time has now come to transition to the standard insolvency procedure to complete the work that remains”.
