GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB advised Schülerhilfe, a brand of ZGS Bildungs-GmbH based in Gelsenkirchen, on the refinancing of an existing loan agreement. The private education service provider has been part of the portfolio of the pan-European private equity investor Oakley Capital since 2017.
Founded in 1974, Schülerhilfe is one of the leading providers of qualified education and tutoring services in Germany and Austria and Germany's third largest franchise system. At around 1,100 locations, the tutoring institute supports more than 125,000 students annually in all common subjects.
