Dr. Thomas Lange advises private equity sponsors, companies, banks, and debt funds on complex financing transactions. As a partner at GÖRG in Cologne, his practice focuses on leveraged and corporate finance transactions, as well as financing in special situations.
He supports his clients from structuring through negotiation and documentation to the closing of the transaction. His matters often have a cross-border element, and he is a valued contact for foreign law firms both within and outside the GÖRG network. Dr. Lange develops viable solutions when decisiveness and reliability are crucial.
