Dr Thomas Lange advises national and international companies, banks and funds on banking and finance matters.
He specialises in the areas of corporate and acquisition finance on the one hand and advising on financings in special situations and restructurings on the other.
Dr Thomas Lange advises on a broad range of national and cross-border financing transactions. His focus lies on corporate and acquisition finance. He also has expertise in the financing of commercial real estate and real estate development projects, renewable energy projects, rail and shipping. Another focus lies on advising on financings in special situations and restructurings.
Dr Lange's expert knowledge covers all kinds of debt instruments, such as senior loans (bilateral and syndicated), unitranche financings, mezzanine and subordinated loans, convertible loans, promissory notes and bonds as well as, in distressed situations, bridge, restructuring and insolvency loans.
Dr. Thomas Lange is a partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB. Before moving to GÖRG in 2011, he worked for a major German law firm in Düsseldorf and Munich, as well as for an international business law firm in London (UK).
Dr Lange studied law and obtained his doctorate at the University of Bonn.
He was admitted to the bar in 2006.
