A team led by our M&A and PE/VC expert Paul Caesar Rode has advised the founders of Billbee on the sale to private equity fund Bregal Unternehmerkapital. The parties have agreed not to disclose details of the transaction.

Billbee is a leading provider of a cloud-based SaaS solution for multichannel e-commerce used by more than 20,000 online retailers to automate their processes. Bootstrapped in 2015, Billbee has more than 45 employees today.
