Dr Alberto Povedano Peramato is an associate at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB in Cologne in the area of employment law. With a focus on national and international companies, he offers comprehensive advice on all issues relating to individual and collective labour law. In addition to all issues relating to complex transformation and restructuring projects and transactions, his expertise also extends to negotiations with employee representatives and litigation before labour and civil courts. He also specialises in providing employment law advice to insolvency administrators and companies in the insolvency-related area.
Dr Povedano Peramato works closely with companies, particularly in the automotive, metal and electrical industries as well as in the healthcare sector, to shape working conditions at the highest level. In doing so, he attaches particular importance to developing pragmatic solutions despite complex issues, whether on an individual or collective labour law level.
