GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB becomes a partner of the Corporate Law Clinic in Cologne, Germany's first law clinic for entrepreneurs. GÖRG attorneys Dr. Daniel Rubner and Tobias Reichenberger will be managing the cooperation.
The Corporate Law Clinic specialises in free legal advice for start-ups and founders in Cologne. The CLC's concept of promoting innovative ideas and offering a place for students and lawyers to learn together convinced GÖRG to participate.
This is realised, among other things, through training courses in corporate law, which GÖRG lawyers regularly offer for new members of the CLC. In addition, GÖRG will be available as a contact partner for legal issues in individual cases handled by the CLC.
About the Corporate Law Clinic Cologne
The Corporate Law Clinic is dedicated to promoting innovative ideas and training young lawyers. The CLC offers advice to young companies and founders that cannot be economically provided by law firms. If clients do not yet have sufficient funding to hire a law firm, they can turn to the CLC. The advice is free of charge and is remunerated solely in experience. This is possible because the work is carried out by excellent students, doctoral candidates and trainee lawyers who are trained and educated by leading professionals in the region.
