zetVisions GmbH is a specialist software provider based in Heidelberg. For over 20 years, the company has been developing and implementing solutions for equity and master data management. Its clients include numerous DAX, MDAX and SDAX-listed groups, medium-sized enterprises and public sector organisations. With a track record of more than 400 successfully completed projects across various industries, zetVisions offers in-depth expertise in the field of international legal entity management.
With the acquisition of zetVisions, Volaris is further expanding its German portfolio in a high-growth segment. As a subsidiary of the Canadian company Constellation Software Inc., Volaris focuses on supporting the development of software companies in vertical markets.
