Dr Andrea Kirsch advises national and international companies on matters relating to IT & Outsourcing, and commercial law.

Dr Kirsch has many years of experience advising clients on matters of data protection law. In particular, she carries out data protection audits and advises clients on implementing data protection requirements, as well as ensuring compliance with data processing requirements.

In addition to this, she also advises clients on all matters of contract law, ranging from general terms of business, and standard supply and distribution agreements to contracts for complex development or technology projects. She also advises on matters of IT procurement law. 

Dr Andrea Kirsch is an partner at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB.

After her degree at Saarland University, she worked at the university as a visiting lecturer, and obtained her doctorate on a topic of European and constitutional law. She has worked as a lawyer at GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB since February 2009, joining the firm immediately after her admission to the bar.

She was appointed an associated partner in 2013.

She is a specialist lawyer for information technology law, a data protection officer (TÜV®) and FOM-certified data protection risk manager.
