GÖRG Partnerschaft von Rechtsanwälten mbB has advised the IT services group GBC on the acquisition of Pohl Consulting Team GmbH. 

The GBC Group from Sindelfingen (BW) is positioning itself for digitalisation in medium-sized businesses through the merger of innovative and technologically oriented companies, focusing on services and products from the areas of Cloud & Infrastructure, Modern Work, IT Outsourcing and IT Security & Compliance. The acquisition of the system house Pohl Consulting Team from Bad Arolsen (Hessen) is another building block of GBC's buy and build strategy. The IT group is thereby strengthening its portfolio in the areas of data protection, IT compliance and information security.

A GÖRG team led by Frankfurt partner Dr Lars Weber successfully assisted GBC with corporate, IT and employment law advice. The IT group had already recently made use of GÖRG's expertise in an investment by Pride Capital Partners.
